Send/receive hangs up

This is an intermittent problem. Outlook works fine for awhile and then, for
no good reason I can find, send/receive times out. It sends, but does not
receive. If I restart the computer, it works fine again. This started
happening at the time I installed SP2, Norton Internet Security 2005, and
SpySweeper. Norton did not have an answer the last time I checked. Any ideas?

Try increasing your server timeouts in Tools, Accounts, Acct settings,
Advanced tab.

I don't think this will help, although I will try. I have no problem if I
reboot.
