Send-Receive in OL2000

WinXP, OL2002 on a Novelle network with cc:Mail

I am receiving mail with the automatic check for new messages but when I
click on the Send/Receive button or select Send/Recieve on the Tools menu I
get an "Operations Failed" error message. Any ideas? Thanks.
