Send/Receive issues with Outlook 2003

Hello. I just got a new laptop, and I am having problems with Send/Receive
in Outlook 2003. If I have only the Inbox folder selected in the Folder
Options of the Send/Receive settings, clicking on Send/Receive works fine.
But, if I select more than just the Inbox folder, clicking on Send/Receive
does nothing (no error, no Send/Receive pop-up box). I can still click on
Send/Receive - This Folder to sync a single folder though.

I have tried creating a new SRS file, and I have created a new profile with
a different name than the old profile. Does anyone have any other ideas to
try to get Send/Receive to work for all folders?
