Send/Receive missing from my Outlook mail page?

I re-installed MSOffice Teacher edition, had no effect in fixing the problem
and cannot find any reference on MS web help. Anyone else seen this?

Andreas, Thank you for attempting to help me. I was able to solve the problem
myself. I went to the the other Outlook boards, read all the posts regarding
send/receive and got some ideas but not the "right" one. While exploring the
ideas I found the option under Tools to restore defaults. I did that on all
of the tabs. Once the defaults were put back the program prompted me to
configure the pop 3 mail accounts again, I did that for one account, did a
test and it worked fine. When I exited the wizard, the software told me that
it had found another account, I ok'd installing that and like magic,
everything is back to normal! The software gods were with me today!
