I have Windows XP Pro sp2 with Office XP installed. Recently my Windows
installation crashed and I had to restore my PC from a backup I keep on an
external hard drive. Everything restored fine, except now my User Accounts
are getting some funny errors caused by insufficient permission privileges.
I think I've solved most of them, except one User is unable to send/receive
email in Outlook 2002. Originally I had Outlook configured to automatically
send/receive at the program launch, and it no longer does so. When I try to
configure Outlook from Tools->Options->Mail Setup->Send/Receive in the user
profile, I receive an error message stating something to the effect that
"You have insufficient permission privileges to use this option." The same
error occurs when she uses the Send/Receive button on the Standard Toolbar.
I have no idea how to fix this. Can someone help me?
