Send/Receive Problem from my Laptop

I use Outlook 2003 & from my home computer - no problems when I Send/Receive
emails.

I'm traveling & using my latop with Outlook 2003. Once I start my laptop &
do Send/Receive from Outlook 2003 everything is OK - I receive emails OK.
However, from then on pressing Send/Receive does nothing. I cannot receive
emails until I reboot the laptop. I tried this using the wireless connection
in my house & same problem. Can only receive emails once from my laptop.

Any suggestions
