Send Receive Problem

I have both Outlook Express & Outlook 2003 and am having the sme problem with
both. When I e-mail myself or just one person my e-mail is received. When I
mail to a group whether it's small or a large group (including my own e-mail
address) The message is never received. It appears to be sent and leaves
the outbox, but it is never received. Any sugesstions?

Try enabling diagnostic logging and seeing if something stands out.
