send/receive problem

i have gone through the install process and have been
through the email send receive options on "tools" but i
still cant get my mail to come in automatic...i still
have to hit the send/receive button on the tool bar. i
installed this over an existing outlook express email,
brought all my inbox items over no problem, brought
deleted stuff too, no problem....just stuck with "auto
receive"..
