Send receive shows one more email being sent than is really being

When ever I send an email using Outlook 2007, it shows an extra email being
sent. For example, I send my daughter an email, in the bottom right corner
I'm notified the 2 of 2 emails are being sent, but ony one was sent. I've run
MDBVU32 looking for stuck receipt notices but there are none there. Can
anyone help?

How many accounts are in your profile? Do you have SP2 installed? Outlook
can't count right if you have multiple accounts.
