The problem I have is that Outlook continually sticks at 80 - 95% and never
finishes. When I look at "details" I see that is it still connected to the
Exchange server. While it is "stuck" emails from other POP3 accounts are not
collected or sent.
I fix the probelm by either "cancelling" the operation or by pressing F9
(manual send receive). I have renamed the ost file, removed many of the
add-ins, and tried to "start again" all to no avail! I cannot find any
answers on the Internet - only a few posts with the same problem. Anybody
have any ideas how to fix this?
