Send/Receive

I have a POP email account set up through outlook 2002 on
my home computer, laptop, and work computer. My home
computer is the only system that has trouble--can't send
attachments. All settings are identical between the
three. When I install the Service Packs I can't
send/receive anything!!! I've reinstalled outlook, made
sure I was in the DMZ with the router, nothing. Any ideas?

Outlook 2002, Comcast HS Internet, Netgear Router.
