The scheduled send/receive works as does the individual manual send/receive for each email account. The manual send/receive all and send all are, however, greyed out and do not work. This only started following my upgrade to Snow Leopard.

Thanks, Diane. I have deleted and then recreated the send all schedule as suggested and that still has not made the option to manually send or send and receive all re-appear. The send and receive all (automatic) schedule cannot be deleted. Is there anything else that I can try?

Hmmmm... This would be a strange sign of database corruption, but some
things are actually stored in the database.

Under Entourage in the Menu bar, select Switch Identity. Create a new test
Identity. Enter your account info, but under the Options tab in the account
window, select to "leave on server".

Does Entourage work correctly now? If yes, then the problem is in your
database.

1) Make a copy of your Identity in the Finder.
2) On the copy, File > Export all items as .rge file.
3) Select to delete after exporting. (if the export fails, we know there is
corruption)
4) Import the .rge file back into Entourage
5) Check to see if this fixes the problem.

If no, then on the copy of your Identity, do a rebuild. Hold down Option key
when launching Entourage. Select to rebuild in the database utility.

If this fails to fix the problem, you will need to manually move into the
new test Identity you started. You can use the .rge file you exported to
import your data.

BTW, rebuilding often doesn't fix odd issues like this. It seems to work
more on the items than preferences stored in the database.

Let me know what you find.

when you open up the S&RAll schedule, do both the 'when' and 'action'
sections have something in them?

As a minimum, the when should have one schedule (even if it is only
'Manually') and the Actions should have 'send all' as a minimum.

If you have deleted either the 'when' or the actions, the schedule can
do nothing and will appear greyed out.
