Send & Recieve When Opening Outlook

I use Outlook 2003, all of the sudden when I open outlook it does not
automatically do a send and a receive to check for new e-mail. I have to
manually click on it. I checked to see if the settings for send and receive
got changes and they have not. It does check e-mail every 15 minutes as (
have it set to do that, but not when I open outlook.
Any thoughts or help on this??

Delete your .srs file and see if it recovers.
