Send/recive box shows even though I checked the box to hide it

I have configgured MS Outlook to do an automatic Send/recive at launch and
every 5 minutes after that, and an automatic Send/recive on exit. I have
checked the box labeled "Do not show this box on send/recive" and the box
does not show on the Send/recive that occurs every 5 minutes, but it shows
on the Send/recive that happens when I exit. Is there any way I can prevent
this box from showing?
