Send Report Using Lotus Notes

Hi all,
I have a report (or possibly multiple reports) which I would like to be
automatically sent to a list of people through Lotus Notes. Does anyone know
any code that would be easy to modify to allow me to send a specific report
to a specific group of people using Lotus Notes. I am using Access 2002 and
Lotus Notes Release 5.0.11. Also, what format could the report be sent in?
