Send report via email

I have a query that generates a report. I want to be able
to send this report via email with a click.

Please advise how.

hi,

You're sure you went thru the whole list of options in
file. In my version there are about 20 options.

I haven't done it thru a macro so I really can't help you
there. I use the same report toolbar on all my reports
that appears when they view the report before printing.

You have to have the report open in Print Preview mode,
then right click for "Customize" and under the File
grouping, you should see "Mail Recipient".

My only problem is that I would like to export the report
in a PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format (just like Crystal Reports
can). Does anyone know if there is an add on for this??
