Send rules in OUTLOOK 2003

How do I set up a rule in OL2003 such that a copy of my outgoing messages
goes to another email address as bcc? Currently, all I can do is set it up to
go as cc only, but I'd like to have it go as bcc.

A rule can't do that. The sample code at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autobcc.htm shows how to add a Bcc recipient using the Application.ItemSend event in Outlook VBA.
