send shotrcut

Need help making a shortcut (New Mail Recipient) in the send to. I lost it
when i re -installed windows.I made the command line:"c:\program
files\microsoft office\office12\outlook.exe" /c ipm.note This command line
works in the run menu,but does not work in the send to. Please help me! Thanks

Try creating a zero length file named "Mail Recipient.MAPIMail" in the
SendTo folder. The ".MAPIMail" file extension will force Windows to use
whatever is the default mail program.
