Send SMTP e-mail

After working properly for years, my Outlook e-mail
service sends my outgoing e-mail to the Out folder and it
hangs there. I have tried quite a few things including
all of the ideas provided by my MSN ISP tech support
guys. They finally told me to uninstall Outlook and
reinstall. I am hoping to find out what might be causing
the problem.

Mine is a long story, but the part that may be applicable
to your problem is....

I was told by MSN that accounts are randomly set up as
POP3 capable, Web only, or Adjustable. I can NOT send
through Outlook using MSN's outgoing server because I
received a "Web only" account. You may want to find out
what type of account you have.

Thanks Sharon, I am in the process of changing from
internal modem, part time DSL to external modem 24/7 DSL
but I think this occurred before that started. I will
check into that though as a possibility...Thanks again
