Send snapshot to various addressees in Outlook

I have a form that has two fields that I manually enter data in to generate
snapshots to email to different managers.

Form: Leadfrmprompt
Field: cmboxMgr
Field: cmboxDateofMtg

Report1: Unsuccessfulrpt
Report2: Successfulrpt

I would like to automate this so that all I have to do is type in the date
of the meeting in the cmboxDateofMtg field in the Form Leadfrmprompt and let
Access send out the various reports to the respective managers.

So I have 2 managers: John Doe and Joe Smith
Date of meeting: 5/1/2009

My desired output would be:
John Doe would get reports that have him listed as the manager for Report1
and Report2.

Joe Smith would get reports that have him listed as the manager for Report1
and Report2.

I would also like to include the following header information:
To: Manager (John Doe or Joe Smith)
CC: Supervisor's Name (which will be the same for all)
SJ: Weekly Leads Report

Body:
Attach are the weekly reports.

Then each manager would get their own report in snapshot format.

I know this is a lot of information and hopefully it's clear.

Looking to automate this manual task.
