send to bluetooth

when i click on file then send to bluetooth, it doesn't give me the drop down
menu alongside the send to bluetooth command. my friends one gives him the
drop down menu. what could i do to make this work

How is this Outlook related? You need to post your version of Outlook and
version of Windows.
