Send to: displays wrong address book

When you open a Word document and click on File--> Send
To: the global address list and the contacts list don't
appear in the form after clicking [To...]. I know it has
something to do with MAPI but can't find a way to update
it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2000 and
applied all service packs for O2K and W98se. I created a
work around for right clicking a file name a choosing
Send To... and this works correctly, but Word,Excel, and
the other Office apps. use the old MAPI. I have been
troubleshooting this for over a month and haven't found
anything specific yet.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
