send to E-mail addresses are not retained in Document

Hello All:

Undev word 2002 when I did a Send TO it retained my E-mail addresses with
the document. For example, if I read the document tomorrow make changes and
then do a send to again all the previous E-mail addresses are retained.

Under word 2003 the E-mail addresses are not retained???
