"Send To" feature disabled

I open Word 2002 and click on the "open" button on the
tool bar. My document window opens. I find a file i
want to send to a floppy. I use my mouse and right click
on the document name. The menu appears but the send is
grayed out. Any suggestions? Operating system is Windows
2000 Professional.

The Send To floppy option is a Windows Explorer option. Is that option
available in any other application or in Explorer or is this just a Word
problem?
