send to - first letter missing

Hello!

My system: MS Office 2003 SP3, MS Outlook SP3, MS Exchange 2003

My problem:
I send an attachment from Word (or Excel or Powerpoint) with the function
"file – send to – E-Mail (attachment)". The mail opened in Outlook is showed
correct. If I print the mail the symbol for the attachment is at the
beginning of the body text and the text begins behind it -> Error: the first
letter from the text is missing.

Printer: HP Universal PCL6 V4.7 from Dec.2008

Can someone please help me!
