Hello-
After performing an upgrade from Office XP to Office 2003 on Windows XP
(Outlook not installed due to .MST), the option/ability to Send files
[File-Send To-Mail Recipient] within the applications like Word and
Excel has disappeared... It is currently grayed out.
This *was* functioning with Office XP & non-MSFT mail clients like
Netscape 7.x and Mozilla/Thunderbird without problem before the upgrade.
Everything else about the new Office suite looks fine with the
exception of this feature being missing...
Is this to be expected? Reinstalling the mail clients has not worked
thus far... Advice? Known issues? The MSFT KB hasn't shown much
promise yet....
TIA,
BM
