"Send To (HTML)" not an option

Hello everyone:

Thanks in advance for any help.

I am on a MacBook Pro running OS 10.4.1, using Word X for Mac Service
Release 1 and Entourage 2004 for Mac version 11.3.3. I am trying to
send a formatted Word document in the body of an e-mail to a large
group. I have colleagues on PCs who do the same thing and are able to
just select File-Send To-Mail Recipient, and all receipients receive
it in their e-mail, fully formatted and with active links. However,
when I try to do it on my Mac, the only options I have are File-Send
To-Mail Recipient (As Attachment), or to PowerPoint. Neither of these
options is what I need.

I have made Entourage my system default mail program. I have tried
sending the document as a PDF, but it is a 3 page document, and when I
send it as a PDF only the first page is visible. I would like to make
it as easy as possible for the recipients to view the document, and
not have to open a file (yes, lazy clients).

I've been told there are 3rd party ways of doing this that add cost,
but I would much rather do it this way.

Again, thank you so much for your help!

Hi there,

this feature requires Word 2004, I'm afraid.
