Send to: Mail Recipient does not work.

I have xp sp2 with outlook 2003 and office 2003.

If I right clink on a file and select send to mail recipient nothing
happens, no error, no popup nothing.

If I go to the comand prompt and type mailto: a new message window
appears and all is ok.

I have checked my send to folder and I do have a 0kb mapi mail file.

Also if i go to remote assistence and try and request help from
somebody I only get the option to choose outlook express and not
outlook 2003.

Internet Explorer progs is set to Micrsoft Office outlook.

Please helps it's driving me mad.

I have the same problem (i.e. right-mouse -> "Send To" -> "Mail
Recipient" does nothing.

My environment is as follows:

Windows XP Professional SP2
Office 2003 Professional Edition 2003
Outlook 2003

The only thing I've installed recently is Skype. This may, or may not,
be relevant.

I will watch this thread with interest.
