Send to Mail Recipient - Email toolbar won't go away

I accidently clicked File...Send to...Mail Recipient and
got the email toolbar complete with To, CC, Subject,
Introduction fields. How in the world do I make that go
away?

Click it again - it's a toggle setting.

Oh, my. That's insane. There is no visual indication
that's a toggle setting and there is no logic behind a
user going back and trying to send another mail in order
to get the mail header to disappear.

The indication is provided by a highlight on the menu button icon when it is
selected. If you don't have the button on your main toolbar you can add it.
