Send to mail recipient options

When I use the contextual menu to select: Send to Mail Recipient, the email
window comes open but the "options" are not, by default, what I want. I want
the "Request a delivery reciept" and "Request a read reciept" to be checked
by default. They are correctly checked by default if I am in Outlook Mail and
click "New Message." I don't know where to set the option or preference to
have the recepts requested automatically without me having to set the options
manually for each message.

Hi Ekc,

START outlook and then point to TOOLS >>> OPTIONS >>> EMAIL
OPTIONS >>> TRACKING OPTIONS. Now check the options that you would like for
email that you send.

The above options are for outlook 2007. I am not sure which version of
outlook are you using.
