Are you using the same version of Outlook and Word?

Word is 2002 and Outlook is 2003, using windows 2000 proffesional and trend
micro virus protection. I have several computers set up the same way and
they do not have this problem only one does.

I'm surprised as Outlook needs to be the same version as Office for full
integration.

In case anyone else has this problem, I have solved it. I corrected the
problem by deleting the mail reciepient folder in the "Send to" folder and
creating a new link to the outlook program.

I have the same version of Outlook and Office - but I am running on a
Terminal server.
I receive the message:
Word couldn't send mail because of MAPI failure: "Access denied".

Any idea's where the permissions need to be lifted would be appreciated.
Environment:
Windows 2000 Terminal Server running OfficeXP
