Send to Mail Recipient

When I choose "Send to Mail Recipient" in a Word doc, it opens a new
message in my email client, MAIL, but the file is not attached. It works with
the Powerpoint choice, and it worked when my client was Entourage.
Suggestions?

You have to make Entourage your default mail recipient for this to work.
Microsoft has no control over how other email apps make attachments,
although there is simple system for simply opening a blank new message in
any default mailer. And scripting attachments in Mail is not possible, so
forget that.

There is a standalone scrip called "Create New Message.scpt" that does
that if you search for it on your system, hope it helps.
