Send to Microsoft office Word hanging

One note seems to hang when I use the function File>Send to>Microsoft Office
Word

I have tried a repair no luck
I have tried an update no luck.

It does seem to work if I use save as and change file type MS word.

Is there some type of setting or such that is preventing this function from
working
