Send to OneNote 2007 picture outlines

In OneNote 2003 when you used the OneNote 2003 printer it would embed the
pages perfectly, but now in OneNote 2007 it creates a box around the
document. There has got to be an option to get rid the outlines around the
printout.

Also when you copy the printout to another page it , it then puts the
printout in a note container which crops off the right and bottom page
outlines. This creates a bad eye sore. Someone please tell me how to take off
the printout outlines. It has to do with the new send to microsoft onenote
printer driver, is all I can figure.
