Send to OneNote does not work after uninstall of trial ON 2007

I decided not to move to ON 2007 after the trial period. Now I can't get
Send to OneNote to work. It worked fine before I installed the 2007 Trial.
I have tried repair, uninstall, fresh download and reinstall - no luck. The
Send to OneNote printer is present.

Does anyone have any help? I used this function all the time and am lost
without it.

I do not really understand the scenario:
Do you mean to say that had ON 2003 installed, then tried out ON 2007
and after uninstalling the latter you want to work with ON 2003 as
before?
