Send to OneNote Stopped Working

'Send to OneNote from Outlook' stopped working today. The only change I know
of is installation of Dragon NatSpeaking 10 Medical last night, which
included a C++(?version, maybe 8) install at the outset.

I have seen some talk about C++ for making add-ins in OneNote. Not being a
programmer, am I off in thinking the above has caused a problem? Any thoughts
on a fix to keep both DNS10 and OneNote/Outlook send working?
