Send to OneNote takes over as default printer over and over and ov

I've reset my desktop printer to default well over 10 times in the last
several months. I don't print often so I don't know what's causing this, a
reboot, a opening onenote, or what, but everytime I do print "Send to
OneNote" is my default printer again. I've grown accustom to simply allowing
OneNote to be my default and just selecting my desktop printer. However, in
some apps, this doesn't work because if I hit the print icon it bypasses the
print dialog and prints to my default, which opens OneNote and drives me
crazy. Any ideas?
