Hi,
When using the Send To...Routing Recipient (in Word 2002), selecting the
recipients' addresses shows the names they are filed under in the list (eg.
Bob Smith), rather than their email addresses (eg. (e-mail address removed)).
After sending to the first recipient, they attempt to send to the next
recipient, and Word/Outlook attempts to look for the name (Bob Smith) in
their contacts list, if there is not exactly the same name in the contact
list it prompts to either create a new contact, or choose an alternative name!
Why aren't the email addresses embedded in the routing slip?!?
Is there any way to include email addresses in the routing slip, rather than
just names?
Thanks
