Hi,

I have the complete Office 2003 Professional kit
installed,. but when using OneNote, trying to send a doc
to word, the sendTo command on the File menu is there,
but the sub-menu contains no items at all.

have you upgraded OneNote to SP1? If you do (no charge) go to File and then
Send To and you will see the "Word" in black insred o gray. Let me know it it
worked, otherwise I may suggest another option, OK?

That shouldn't matter.

Go to Internet Explorer, and look under Tools | Internet Options |
Programs.

What program is listed under EMail?
