JPM said:I am also not prompted to send the updated meeting to new attendees only,
even when I go through the tracking tab and hit send updates in Outlook
2003
SP1. Instead, I get the same message as Martine and the update goes to
all
attendees. Like WJ, I can't find a setting to fix this dialog box issue.
Thank you for any suggestions,

Thomas WJ said:Hi,
Unfortunately, I have the same problem as Martine, but I know it's
because I
turned this dialog off! Now, I cannot find out where to turn the dialog
on
again! My Outlook is 2003 sp 1.
TIA

I also have a similar problem...
Where I work, we have the possibility to work in Terminal Service or
directly from the computer.
When I am in TS (which is not often), and I add an attendee to an
existing
meeting, I get the 3 options for the meetin updates (send update to
new or
deleted attendees, send update to all attendees or don't send update).
This
is excellent and fine by me.
BUT... when I work directly from the computer, and do the exact same
thing,
the message I get is something like (translated from French) : "You
have
modified the meeting. Do you want to send this updated meeting to the
attendees now?" Choices : Yes, No, Cancel... If I choose Yes, then an
update
is sent to all attendees... which is really not want I want because I
will be
addind attendees often for the next couple of days... and I don't want
to
bother everyone will all the updates.
Of course, meanwhile, I connect in TS and do the update there, but I
would
really like to know if there is an option somewhere that we have to
configure
to make everyone working the same way.
The Outlook version is 2002 SP3.
Thanks in advance.

In addition to your version, you should be adding the names under
the
scheduling tab. Once you have finished, use the option "send
update." Once
you do, you will be presented with the option to notify all
attendees or
only the new attendees.

After furious head-scratching, lista72 asked this group:
| In which "tab" should I be when adding the new attendees?
| Appointment, Scheduling or Tracking? I ask because I never saw
the
| prompt to notify new attendees only.
