send video from one note

how do I send a video made in one note by email, when i go to One Note file
at the top of One Note page and down to: send to : I have a small grey box
looks bit like a flim clip but nothing happens when I click on it thanks john.

Do you have "Attach a copy of linked Audio and Video files" checked in the
Tools | Options | E-mail section?
