Sender Address

I am not a very experienced operator and would appreciate advice how do I
apply the acceptable sender address, which is:
(e-mail address removed)

to my posting to the Newsgroups?

You could send me a personal email, if you do not want to post it. Thank

If you use the Web interface, this is automatically supplied as the sender
address. If you are using a newsreader such as Outlook Express or Forte,
you can supply this name as the display/senders address. Look at your
account settings to do this.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.
