sender display names sometimes in quotes and sometimes not

Hello ppl,

facts : Winxp SP3
Outlook 2003 with exchange 2000

When i acces my sent items map i see the following with the display name of
the sender :

Some display names are shown in quotes --> '<display name>'
Some display names are shown without quotes --> <display naam>

From the same sender the display is sometimes listed with and sometimes
without quotes in the sent items map.

When i sort this map by display name the order is not "correct" because of
the quotes.
