Sender is sending, I'm not receiving...!!

I got a new computer, moved Outlook over to it, and since then have not
received a weekly email I get from a local grocery store.
They say they are not having distribution problems.
I have added them to safe sender, safe recipient, and every other safe list
I can think of.
They resend the email. I still don't get it.
All other email is coming through fine.

What's wrong?
