Whenever the user is out of office for business trips, it seems that when the
user sends emails to multiple email addresses the intended recipient's
receive the same email twice or more.
Here’s how much information I’ve gathered: We’ve tested it in the company
and out and it's been happening outside the office. Also, when the user
emails one person it is fine the recipient receives only one. But when the
sender has multiple e-mail addresses to send to...for example three e-mail
addresses each recipient receives three emails for one.
I’ve never diagnosed a problem like this so I could really use some help on
where to check in Outlook, on the server, etc.
We have Outlook 2003 SP3 and it runs on XP Pro SP3 with antivirus software
is Symantec Endpoint. Let me know if you need additional information.
