Senders removed from blocked sender list still go to "Delete" box

Accidentally, I added two of my most common email senders to my "blocked
senders list" I went to the list and "removed from blocked senders list" but
when I get email from them the email goes automatically to my "delete" box.
If I forget to check my Delete box, I miss their emails completely. Am I
missing a step? What else can I do to get them to be unblocked?

I am SO SO sorry, I blew it. I don't have Outlook, I have Outlook Express
and there is no "Safe Senders List". Any other ideas?
