When you click the E-mail icon in an open file , it creates a new message
with the current file as attachment. However, it doesnt' allow you to click
any other features of Outlook till you have sent the mail. it doesn't give
you the option to edit the message with selected font or color of text.
This feature needs attention to permit users to make changes to the
automatically- generated message and allow search for receipients from the
address book.
