We want to send a blind carbon copy email to several clients, but when the
client receives the emai is there a way for them to see that it was actually
sent to them so that they dont know it was a mass email?

Not by using Bcc. Use mail merge instead.

Use the help already included with the programs:
- Open Outlook. Search its help on "mail merge".
- Open Word. Search its help on "mail merge".

For Mail Merge to work, the versions of both Outlook and Word must match
for their integration to work.

Otherwise, and since you are sending bulk mail, you might want to start
investigating the use of a bulk mailing program instead of trying to use
a personal e-mail client and word processor as one.
