Greetings,
I'm using Outlook 2003 (We have an exchange server) on Windows XP, sp2.
My group has, on our company's 'global' address list, a distribution list so
that we can all be e-mailed as a group (we generally use it ourselves, but
it's for anyone's use). The problem is, we remember the name easily, but our
users don't necessarily, which leaves them to search through our global list
of distribution lists.. hoping something will ring a bell.
We don't have a HUGE group of users, but they are a disparate group.
Is there a way for me to send them the distribution list that contains our
names and somehow say "Put this in your personal address book" or some such?
Thanks,
Shane
