Sending a fax, but hiding a scan number

We are using MS Exchange2003 server/FaxMaker 10/Outlook 2003. Can somebody
tell me if it is possible to hide specific numbers in a fax field. We need
to use one specific scan number to send faxes (county government) and we
don't want the users to know what it is.

i.e.
I would not want the users of a public contacts folder to see
11,509-123-4567,2333333
I want them to see ##,509-123-4567,#######
